A National Basketball Team, which will compete in the FIBA Men’s Olympic Qualifications to be held in Victoria, Canada between 29 June and 4 July, defeated Russia 80-62 in the friendly match.

At the beginning of the match, the national team could not be successful in the outside shots, and the first quarter was behind 19-17. Turkey, which was effective under the basket with Sertaç in the second period, took the lead 34-33 with Doğuş’s basket in the last minute of the quarter and went to the locker room with this score.
Using Alperen and Cedi Osman effectively in the second half of the match, the National Team finished the 3rd period ahead 56-51.
