Novak Djokovic, a champion who wants to spread his lifestyle in Serbian mentalities

We wondered if Novak Djokovic had done well to compete in his Belgrade event a few days before Roland Garros … before becoming the first winner of a Major having won a tournament the week before since Patrick Rafter (Long Island- US Open) in 1998. If statistics will not remain paramount in the legend of the world number 1, it will offer further proof that the latter is never wrong to come and relax at home. During the week, between a few Homeric anger on the court in front of Mats Moraing and others, we had seen him stroll like a cushy father in the alleys of this little club on the banks of the Danube, racket in hand to play with the son who did not want to never stop, on or off the court. And it could take over forty-five minutes a day. An ideal preparation before Roland’s hard land battles? Surely.
