The 32 NFL teams completed an important stage of their offseason this week, that of mandatory mini-camps.

Several players took the opportunity to stand out and created hopes for their fan base. Here are five:

Ezekiel Elliott – Cowboys de Dallas

After a disappointing 2020 season, the running back decided to remedy the situation and showed up for his family’s activities in “the best form of his life,” according to quarterback Dak Prescott. “Zeke” made life difficult for Cowboys defensive players with his speed, spin-o-ramas and power. We bet he would like to regain the top of the yards amassed by a running back this season, as he did in 2016 and 2018.

Mac Jones – New England Patriots

By all mass media outlets in Massachusetts, the first-year quarterback was – by far – the best hub for the “Pats” at their mini-camp. Jones has shown he is able to throw the ball accurately, even when the defense puts a lot of pressure on him. One wonders if he has not already stolen the starting position from Cam Newton.

Elijah Moore – Jets de New York

There finally seems to be a bit of a positive in the Jets, who have been an example of mediocrity for too long in the NFL. Since the start of the offseason activities, the wide receiver is simply dominant. Moore’s work ethic has been praised by head coach Robert Saleh.

Chris Jones – Chiefs de Kansas City

Since playing on the Goodell Tour, Jones has been on the inside of the Chiefs’ defensive line. At the mini-camp it was used outdoors and it took its toll. This is an ideal situation for the Kansas City squad, who have struggled to find a player capable of putting constant pressure on opposing quarterbacks in recent years.

Najee Harris – Steelers de Pittsburgh

In his first career mini-camp, the running back turned a lot of heads. The 24th overall pick in the last NFL Draft showed he can be as dangerous on the ground as he is in the air. Several of his new teammates have highlighted the extent of his talent in the media. Let’s say with aging Ben Roethlisberger as a quarterback, Steelers fans won’t spit on a dynamic running back.
