New: Parent-child judo at TSV Barsinghausen

BARSINGHAUSEN (red).

The Judo / Aikido division of TSV Barsinghausen has developed a new offer: In the “parent-child judo”, children from 3 years of age can go to the mat with one of their parents in order to learn to assert themselves in a playful way. Under the expert guidance of the trainer Claudia Thieme and with a familiar caregiver, the children also learn to confidently set boundaries. Children from 5 years can also participate without a parent, who of course can stay with them during the training. The children are introduced to the basics of judo in a playful way, but the focus is on having fun in movement. The training takes place on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. in the dojo (small gymnastics hall) of the KGS / Goetheschule in Barsinghausen. Inquiries can be made to the division manager Jan Sievers on (05105) 76 58 215 or by e-mail to [email protected]. Further information on the division is also available at the address www.ju-ju-ba.de on the Internet. Note: Of course, the training takes place strictly in accordance with the current Corona rules with an extensive hygiene concept.
