This past weekend, the town of Kaffrine hosted the national cadet and junior judo championships, girls and boys. In the team tournament, the AMAJELO club flew over the tournament.
In the team competition, the clubs which had entered were seven (7): AMAJELO, DUC, Kartiack Judo, Babacar Cobar Ndao Judo, Gendarmerie Judo, Kassafor Sembé Lassana Coly Judo and Kassafor Isabelle Sambou judo.
At the end of the fiercely contested games, the AMAJELo club rose to the top step of the podium. In the individual competitions, the athletes performed very well with high quality fights. The clubs came from Dakar, Thiès, Ziguinchor and Kaffrine.
