Montceau-les-Mines: RCMB «Montceau News

This Saturday morning, the RCMB organized at the Jean Bouveri stadium, a morning rugby discovery, open to children from 3 to 17 years old, as well as the presentation of medals to young people from the rugby school.

The club welcomed more than a hundred participants, RCMB players and other newcomers to discover this sport with a friend or not.

The RCMB has set up a player’s booklet that follows them from 6 to 12 years old where, depending on their age, the player has several skill stages to go through in order to evolve.

“This booklet is a tool to promote the rugby achievements of the child: it should allow the young player to have a vision of his career and to know the essential points to master in order to play rugby well”.

Each end of the season, the educators give a different medal to the players, a form of belt, as in judo.

The president, Frédéric François, for a few more weeks, microphone in hand, led this ceremony with a master’s hand.

The young people from the rugby school therefore received their booklet completed by their educator, a medal and a holiday book.

Côme Seurre will be responsible for the rugby school for the future season, employee of the club, in work-study program, he is preparing a master’s degree. He will also take care of the structuring of the club.

The Club had also conveyed several young people from the town of Mary who wanted to participate in this day, hence the presence of Mayor Roger Burtin, during this late morning ceremony.

The RCMB has once again demonstrated its ability to mobilize energies and create spaces of conviviality, vital moments in this period …
