After several months of waiting, the new forum was finally inaugurated on the baseball field of the René-Tomasini Sports Park in Andelys, in L’Your.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Frédéric Duchy, mayor of Andelys and Thierry lecour, his sports assistant.
Completed in December 2020, the inauguration was not possible to organize earlier given the health situation.
The stand with 40 seats was entirely created by Sebastien Lefèbvre, artisan boilermaker whose company CSDA is based in Les Andelys.
A cost of € 28,000
The overall cost of € 28,000 was borne by the community but also the State and the Department up to 30% each.
Gerard Moulin, president of the Andelysien Baseball and Softball Club, spoke after the traditional ribbon cut held on both sides by Yann and Clément, two young players of the club.

He also took the opportunity to thank all the leaders and volunteers of the sports clubs in Les Andelys who devote a lot of their time to ensuring that the sport continues, which has a very large number of licensees in the town.
To return to the stands, Frédéric Duché explains that there are choices to be made and that things are done as and when.

Tribute to Didier Chenal
He also paid tribute to Didier Chenal who passed away three weeks ago at the age of 59.
He was part of the steering committee and was a scorer at the regional, national and then international level.
