The new building was built with a total project cost of 63.6 billion won in the area of 14-1 Sain-ri, Gangnae-myeon, on a 6-story scale.

On the 4th floor, a multipurpose gymnasium is installed for various sports activities such as basketball, foot volleyball, table tennis, badminton, and volleyball.
