MAZATLÁN._ The couple formed by Abraham Herrera and Sergio Sánchez began with the right foot, during their participation in the Father’s Day Tennis Tournament 2021, organized by the Muralla Sports Club.
A day of exciting meetings took place this Thursday afternoon on the Club Muralla courts, where the most experienced local tennis players gathered to start this traditional competition.
It was within the Men’s Doubles ‘E’ category where Herrera and Sánchez managed to add their first victory of the contest, after beating the pair formed by Ariel Velarde and Antonio Villa with a resounding score of 8-0.
During this meeting, Herrera and Sánchez brought out an imposing level of play with which Velarde and Villa were able to win, who could do little against the fierce offense of their rivals.
Within this same category, those who also started adding victory was the dumbbell made up of Dionicio Hernández and Bruno Villasana, because in their first duel they defeated Armando Martínez and Raúl Manríquez in a set of 8-4.
Likewise, Roy Castro and Rosario Cota did, because in their debut in this tournament they beat Jesús Ordóñez and Manuel Arámburo a partial 8-4.
