For Banco Provincia, it’s time to say goodbye

Banco Provincia and Pinocho will play, this Monday, the last game of the 2021 Federal Tournament. The meeting will be at 6pm at the All Boys stadium.

The group led by Sebastián Brizuela and those led by José Urquiza will close their participation in the federal contest, within the framework of a commitment that promises to be very entertaining due to the antecedents that exist in the confrontations that had the near past.

The cast of Vicente López arrives at the clash of Day 14, after falling in a very tight game against Obras Sanitarias, which was defined in overtime in favor of Tachero, but which left good feelings in the men of the Province due to the game displayed in the 45 minutes that were played in the Temple of Rock.

Meanwhile, Pinocchio has not played since May 7. On that occasion he won by two points against Sociedad Hebraica and he intends to end his experience with a sixth victory that allows him to look to the future with great expectation.

The antecedents between both teams mark a particularity. In the match played by the 2019-2020 Metropolitan Tournament, Pinocho and Banco Provincia defined the game in overtime. On that occasion, those led by Urquiza had a better closure and were left with the victory.

The teams met again in this Federal Tournament and played a huge basketball game. In a match that lasted more than 3 hours, the Villa Urquiza cast won by the minimum after having played three overtime times.

The end has come for both teams, Banco Provincia wants to end with a triumph that it had so hard to achieve in a tournament for which it had to go through endless vicissitudes that prevented it from being higher in the classification. Pinocchio wants to round off a championship that is already above the expectations he had in the previous one of the contest. Good basketball promise, this Monday at All Boys.
