Denmark is a quality opponent, but I think we are able to come up with something for it and our tactics will apply. I have to praise Coach Šilhavý that the team always prepares well, the boys know what to play.

In the round of 16 against the Netherlands, I guessed that we would advance to the penalties after a 1: 1 draw, but I admit that the fan spoke from me. I added sideways that we are playing against an incredibly strong team and it may even happen that we get a dard. The Dutch offensive force is great and they showed it in the group at the championship.
We didn’t get Darda, because the boys were attentive in defense and we didn’t let our opponents allow anything until one moment when goalkeeper Tomáš Vaclík held us back. I mean, how he jumped under the feet of an opponent who went to him alone. Although it was probably preceded by a foul on Tomáš Kalas and the goal would not work. It would be handled by VAR, but no one knows how it would turn out.
It is therefore only good that Vaclík took the chance. It boosted the self-confidence of the whole team, we have a goalkeeper without engagement – but I think he already has it, they just keep it a secret, while the goalkeeper is the basis of success. I smack in front of him.
Vlad Darid could not board due to injury, but we replaced him. It certainly belongs to the national team, but the coach chose the boys who were properly horny to go from the beginning, and it all kicked everyone. Lots of our fans who helped us. Thanks to the Hungarians for approaching the covid and letting the fans into the auditorium.

Former league striker, at one time one of the greatest talents in Czech football. In the highest competition, he played 309 matches for nine different clubs, including Slavia and Zbrojovka Brno, in which he scored 59 goals.
We lack the classic left back. It is a pity that David Limberský is not a few years younger or Marek Jankulovski ten. That would be a ride. We don’t have a pure left-hander, but the boys who jump in there and have it over their feet can do it. Pavel Kadeřábek played well, he hesitated only once at the beginning, when he did not cover the space, and if a more accurate pass went to the free player, it could be bad.
In my opinion, Patrik Schick is one of the top three strikers of the championship. It can easily happen that he will still fight for the crown of the king of shooters, he can score two goals against the Danes, he may lose a penalty. And he would be even better if he had the appropriate support from others. I know we have to think primarily of defense, but if he had better service from others, he would excel even more.
And to this I add how Schick is extremely valid in defending the standards, he headed three centers against the Netherlands, he helped a lot. This only emphasizes the team of the Czechs. We can be really proud of him and he makes us all happy.
