Radamel Falcao Garcia He was not on the list of 28 players called by Reinaldo Rueda for the Copa América, in which the Colombian National Team will debut this Sunday, against Ecuador, at the Arena Pantanal stadium in Cuiabá.
It should be remembered that Falcao has not been called since the match against Chile in the qualifying round for Qatar 2022, in which the ‘Tigre’ got the equalizer. It was his 91st match with the yellow jersey and his 35th touchdown.

Falcao’s message comes at a time when the atmosphere of the National Team was convulsed after an Instagram Live made by another of the team’s references, James Rodriguez, who was initially called by Rueda, but then left the call for not being physically ready, according to the Colombian Football Federation.

In that transmission, in which Camilo Zúñiga and Teófilo Gutiérrez were also present, James said that he was fine to play the Copa América and that they had disrespected him.
Falcao has not yet defined his future with Galatasaray, a club with which he still has one year left on his contract.
