Miami, Jun 18 (EFE) .- The world tennis number one, Novak Djokovic, sold his luxurious apartment overlooking the sea in the north of Miami Beach for six million dollars, according to the specialized portal The Real Deal. in the real estate sector.

Serbian Djokovic bought unit 901 of the Eighty Seven Park condominium in 2019 for $ 5.8 million from developer Terra, according to The Real Deal, which highlights the low “score” he obtained with the real estate operation compared to his results. on the tennis courts.

The apartment sold by Djokovic, who after winning the Australian Open in Melbourne and Roland Garros in Paris aims to do the same at Wimbledon from June 29, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a toilet.

The total area of ​​the apartment is 2,233 square feet (207.7 meters), of which 1,715 square feet (159 square meters) correspond to the terrace that surrounds all the rooms.

The sale was made through Universe Collins Investment LLC, a company owned by the tennis player, to a buyer whose identity has not been disclosed.

Eighty Seven Park is an exclusive 18-story building with 66 apartments, a gym and spa, two swimming pools and a wine cellar.
