Colombia team: Yairo Moreno and Oscar Murillo injured vs Ecuador

Colombia beat Ecuador on the first date of the Copa América group stage in a match marked by Reinaldo Rueda’s decision to make seven changes to the initial payroll and try new variants in order to consolidate his project.

Colombia did not have the ideal game, but got the points; high and low edges were evident, but in the end there was some concern about the physical situation of two players who were injured.

The first was Yairo Moreno, a regular midfielder who played as a winger. He had an acceptable game until minute 43 when he was injured by a blow to his knee that made him leave the court on a stretcher with noticeable pain; however, he reached the bench walking by himself and left a moderate calm.

The other player with discomfort was Óscar Murillo, a central defender who in the 80th minute felt muscle pain in the back of his leg, went to the ground and came out on a stretcher to be replaced by Dávinson Sánchez in the 80th minute.
