Colombia called Frank Fabra urgently for the Copa América

This change is made following the CONMEBOL regulations, in Article 30.1 which says: ‘Before the competition starts or during the same, taking into account the Pandemic situation in which the Tournament is taking place, it may be allow the substitution of Players (Without limitations), included in the Definitive List of Players, whose PCR test carried out by CONMEBOL will yield a positive result for Covid-19 ′. The defender Frank Fabra would be expected this Wednesday in Brazil, to join the group of summoned that is in Goianía ”.
