Italy against Serbia is never a match like any other, especially in recent seasons. Though there are no superstars on the pitch who gave life to the world championship final from 2018 and who could face each other for something very important in Tokyo, Italy-Serbia is never a trivial match.

The Serbia that presented itself at the start of the VNL is in fact composed of several players who play the local championship, little known internationally but which are doing very well so far.
