Quebecer Catherine Raîche breaks glass ceiling in the NFL

Catherine Raîche joined the Eagles in 2019 as Football Operations Coordinator after making her mark in the Canadian League (CFL).

Trainee with the Montreal Alouettes in 2015, she became the team’s football administration coordinator the following year. Then, in 2017, she was appointed Deputy Managing Director, a first for a woman in this circuit.

In 2018, she followed former Alouettes GM Jim Popp to Toronto and was director of football administration for the Argonauts.

She took on a new challenge in the spring of 2019 as director of football operations for the Tampa Bay-based XFL roster, led by former Alouettes coach Marc Trestman. A few months later, she made the jump to the NFL with the Eagles.

Catherine Raîche, lawyer by profession, holds a law degree from the University of Sherbrooke and holds a master’s degree in taxation.
