Quartararo has dedicated his victory to his young Moto3 teammate.

Quartararo defended the pole obtained on Saturday in the start, but the Italian Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) managed to overtake him in the first corner. However, in the second round, ‘Pecco’ fell to the ground and returned the privileged position to Nice. At the same time as the transalpine, Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda) also finished on the circuit floor in turn 1.

The French struggle between ‘El Diablo’ and Johann Zarco (Ducati) began then, although soon the former managed to get rid of his compatriot and leave at a great pace.
