Venezuelan left-hander José Suárez claimed his second win of the season in a long relay against the Oakland Athletics.

Suarez came out in the bottom of the fourth to work 3 full innings, allowing no runs.

The Creole distributed 4 strikeouts and only gave one walk.

The reliever left his ERA at 2.00 with a record of (2-0), after keeping the Oakland bats at bay.

For the Athletics, Elvis Andrus (2-0) and Jesús Luzardo, who was activated this Sunday by the team, saw action.
