The 3 Rivers Dojo judo teacher, Gwenaël Fléjo, now holds the judo-taïso sport health, primary and tertiary prevention expertise certification. After training in e-learning, he took part, last weekend, in a national course to validate the second module of his training.

“Healthy sport makes it possible to offer sports sessions adapted to more“ sedentary ”audiences in order to help them capitalize and maintain their health capital. It is also a tertiary prevention (sport on prescription) with sports sessions intended for audiences weakened by age or disease ”, explains the professor who will have several objectives such as the prevention of falls for the elderly or maintenance. autonomy.

Sessions adaptable to needs

“The end of my training took place in Angers. It was based on scenarios in the presence of people suffering from different pathologies ”, specifies the professor of the judo club who received her certification from the hands of Cécile Nowak and Cathy Arnaud, respectively Olympic champion and world champion in judo.

This certification will allow the Dojo des 3 rivières to obtain a label from the Regional Health Agency (ARS). Health taïso-sport sessions will be offered at the club. It will be possible to participate in group sessions within the association, to benefit from personalized coaching directly at home (service to the person eligible for the tax credit), to organize sessions in an institute (nursing home) or schedule sessions directly at the workplace (collective sport, health, and well-being approach in the workplace).
