First division promoted – Greuther Fürth strengthens midfield – sport

SpVgg Greuther Fürth has strengthened its midfield. As the first division climber reports, Nils Seufert, 24, has signed a three-year contract, the 24-year-old comes with the experience of 13 Bundesliga appearances from Arminia Bielefeld. “We are convinced that he fits very well into our team with his style and his footballing potential,” says Rachid Azzouzi, Managing Director Sport. Seufert is an agile, flexible player for the central midfield. With a two-year contract, Max Christiansen, 24, comes from third division club SV Waldhof Mannheim, with whom Fürth had been in agreement for a long time. Like Seufert, he is free of charge, has 30 national, 27 second and 78 third division games in his vita and has already worked with SpVgg coach Stefan Leitl in Ingolstadt.
