The Delegation of the Congolese National Judo Federation (FENACOJU) was received this Thursday, May 27, 2021 by the Minister of Sports and Leisure Serge Nkonde Chembo.
During this meeting, FENACOJU reported to the Minister of Sports on the African Judo Championship which took place in Dakar, capital of Senegal, at the end of which Marie Branser, the Congolese Judokate won the medal. gold but also the preparations for the world championship which begins on June 3rd.
Remember that Marie Branser evolves in the category of less than 78 kg. She was a bronze medalist at the Glasgow Judo Tournament in 2014 and vice-champion of Germany in 2017. In 2019, she opted for Congolese nationality and won the gold medal at the 2020 African Judo Championships in Antananarivo before relapsing during the 2021 African Judo Championships in Dakar.
