Curry’s secret to his MVP season according to Steve Kerr

Even though the Golden State Warriors missed the 2021 NBA playoffs, there’s no denying the spectacular season as a potential MVP that Steph Curry completed with the Californian team, as recalled by coach Steve Kerr. Indeed, the coach marveled at Steph’s ability to perform in this way at this stage of his career.

At the age of 33, Curry is still a serious NBA regular season MVP candidate today, so much so that he is among the 3 finalists and many believe he will win it, including Steve Kerr. And he even finished the 2020-2021 season as the league’s top scorer after scoring an average of 32 points in 63 games played.

Obviously, coach Steve Kerr couldn’t help but show his appreciation for the Warriors superstar and how he was able to continue improving despite the thought that he is nearing the end of his peak..

“For me it is impressive how he takes care of himself in all his totality, mentally, physically, spiritually, he is simply in a good place in his life, and he puts all his effort into it. It is incredible to see him continue to improve ”.

Steph Curry and the Warriors started 2020-2021 with relatively high expectations, despite roster changes and Klay Thompson’s injury. While they didn’t make it to the postseason, they remained one of the best stories of the year, largely thanks to Curry.
