Dodgers fans have invaded Minute Maid Park.

The rivalry between Dodgers and Astros transcended the diamond: this Wednesday, in the Houston win over Los Angeles (5-2), Several fans got into a barbarous brawl in the stands at Minute Maid Park. The scene was unfortunate: a baby was left alone inches from the confrontation, seeing how her mother also joined the dispute. Security arrived seconds later, but the damage was done.
In the images you can see how a Dodgers fan and an Astros fan exchange blows. The local fan got the worst of it. A woman, who could be the mother of the girl left alone, also landed some blows towards the Astros fan.

From another angle, you can see the amount of punches the Dodgers fan landed on his rival. One of the blows hit the fan against one of the seats. A fourth Astros fan barely tried to defend his colleague too late.

In a longer footage, you can see how the crying girl is “rescued” by an assistant. According to KHOU 11 media reports, those involved in the incident were summoned by Houston police and banned from Minute Maid Park for a year.

About 15,000 fans gathered in the park on Wednesday. Since the series began, Dodgers fans have invaded the Astros’ home., with the present memory of the scandal that exposed the robbery of Houston signs, just from the season in which they beat LA in the World Series.
