A look back at the tatami mats for the young people of Kei Shin in Plouhinec – Plouhinec (29)

Last Friday, the young judokas and jujitsukas of the Kei Shin Judo club found their way back to the tatami after the authorized reopening, at the inter-municipal hall of Plouhinec. In accordance with the health protocol decreed by the FFJDA, the children thus practiced their favorite sport without a compulsory mask, with a single partner throughout the session. “After seven months of hiatus, the recovery went smoothly with the participation of a small quarter of the young people registered at the start of the season present, trained by Frédéric Ansquer, their coach,” commented Mathilde Borel, the president.

Passage of ranks

“Frédéric thinks he can get them up in rank despite the truncated period of several months of this sporting season,” she said. Throughout the month of June, free initiation sessions will be offered to any athlete wishing to try judo or ju-jitsu to prepare for next season’s registrations and thus be able to keep the slots reserved for the club.
