Political leader declared an honorary member of the Cuban Federation of Martial Arts

Federico Hernández Hernández, who is also a member of the Party’s Central Committee and its first secretary here, received the accreditation table during the opening ceremony of the Raúl Riso Palace of Martial Arts, in Manzanillo.

Old property with heritage values, now rejuvenated to welcome practitioners of karate Do, Aykido, Kaysen Do, Sanda, Winchu, and strategic sports such as wrestling, taekwondo, judo and karate Do itself.

Damián Serrano Montero, the main professor, said that four other specialists will work with him, because the expectation is that the enrollment will exceed 300 people.

Located on Primero de Mayo avenue between Calixto García and Loynaz streets, and the only one of its kind in this eastern province, the Palacio de las Artes Marciales, will include other services such as physical rehabilitation, massage and dance therapy.

Hernández Hernández congratulated the specialists “showing the power of convocation and actions that these times require.”
