The Tre Torri Archers are a consolidated reality and that in the world of Italian archery is one of the most prominent clubs. A pride for Cardano al Campo and the entire provincial movement.
In February 2020 the Cardanese club won an Italian title for the fiftieth time thanks to Sara Polinelli, Alessandra Savio and Giada Pastore in the “Olympic arch for female students” class. A very important milestone, which the Italian Archery Federation also wanted to celebrate.
On the occasion of the elective ordinary National Assembly, organized in Rome, the Fitarco followed up the usual award ceremony, which saw the best archers, technicians and companies of the two-year period 2019-2020 as protagonists.
In addition to the recognition as best athletes to the blues Mauro Nespoli (Aeronautica Militare) and Tatiana Andreoli (Fiamme Oro), the best technician (the coach of the National Para-Archery Stefano Mazzi) and the best match judge (Mario Trapani), were assigned the “Stars of sporting merit” to the clubs that in 2019 and 2020 achieved a certain number of titles in the Italian championships.
A platinum star thus went to the Tre Torri Archers; this is the third recognition of this type for Lombard realities: previously the Cam Gallarate (in 2001, then became a diamond in 2016) and Cremarchery Team (in 2005)
The Archers of Roccolo di Legnano were awarded the Silver Star (10) for 2020.
On the same occasion, the new federal council was elected for the next three years, with the reconfirmation of Mario Scarzella, historical president who has been driving the Fitarco since 2003, as well as being a prominent figure on the boards of World Archery and World Archery Europe. Together with him, the new Federal Council has been decreed, which sees the confirmation of 4 out of 10 directors: Stefano Tombesi elected in the National College, Liviana Marchet in the North East Macro Zone, Oscar De Pellegrin as Athletes Representative and Sante Spigarelli as Technical Representative.
