TODIBO POINTS TO NICE
Nice is in talks with FC Barcelona to incorporate Jean-Clair Todibo. Loaned to Benfica by the culé team, the Frenchman is not in the plans of coach Jorge Jesús. At 21 years old, the Guyanese, who came to Barça from Toulouse in 2019, has the urge to play to break through. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, in Ligue 1 a solution could be found for Todibo (loaned to Schalke 04 in 2019-20). Nice, defensively lacking since Dante’s serious injury, are looking to strengthen significantly during this market. The arrival of William Saliba, on loan from Arsenal, will not be the only one. In addition to Todibo, several names had been considered such as Mamadou Sakho or Samuel Umtiti.
