He Fish Rubén Burela was awarded the Spanish Women’s Futsal Super Cup after beating Poio Pescamar in the final by 2 goals to 0, scored by Peque and Dany in the first act. In a very balanced final in its early stages, the Lugo punished two errors by Poio Pescamar to later delay the game and successfully solve the game of five of the Pontevedra in the last minutes and thus add his third Super Cup title after those harvested in 2015 and 2019.

The final began with the two teams very pressuring in three quarters of the court, blocking the exit of the rival ball. Five minutes into the game, Clara had a heads up against Jozi, who was successfully solved by the Burela goalkeeper.

After several dangerous approaches from Poio, Burela took control of the game tempo and after an error in the clearance of the Pontevedra defense, Peque controlled in the front of the area, and after emerging to overcome Silvia Aguete with a low shot with a powerful shot attached to the post.

Poio was also charged early with four fouls by none of the Lugo players. But the group of Manu Cossío who was trying to wipe out the dominance of the burelesas, who had their main danger in their suffocating pressure, did not collapse.

Already in the final section of the first act, Elena Aragón had a ten-meter throw that narrowly missed. And in the absence of a little more than a minute for the conclusion of the first half, in a theft of the ball from the middle of the court, Burela got the counter to 2-0, the work of Dany Domingos to pass from Dami to the far post. With that result the rest would be reached.

In the resumption, Burela chose to extend his possessions in front of a Poio who tried with medium-distance shots, although it was the Lugo women who made Caridad work hard with shots from Cristina and Peque, the latter repelled by the wood.

In the final stretch of the stake after a time-out Manu Cossío placed Irene García as a goalkeeper player in search of a final reaction in the crash, but the burelés team knew how to withstand the onslaught of Poio to end up adding their third Spanish Super Cup windup after those achieved in 2015 and 2019.
