There is still a big question mark behind David Alaba’s sporting future.
There is no end to David Alaba’s transfer poker. Most recently, a deal with Real Madrid was even seen as a “done deal”, then the ÖFB star’s father quickly denied it. The question of which top club his son will play in next summer could apparently not be answered for a long time.
According to “Don Balon”, Liverpool is now joining the race. According to this, Jürgen Klopp is said to have asked those responsible for the “Reds” to present the Austrian with a contract offer that is ready to be signed and to outdo competitor Real Madrid.
Alaba will no longer have a contract with Bayern from next summer and it is unlikely that he will sign new terms. As a result, there is now a bidding dispute between a large number of associations over his signature.
