Dani Borreguero, close to becoming Avilés’ new coach

Dani Borreguero, former player of Sporting, Colunga, Gijón Industrial and Llanera, and who currently directs the youth of the latter club, is one step away from becoming new coach of Real Avilés, pending some fringes to close the deal. I would substitute in this way Abraham Albarrán, who agreed with Avilés to leave the first team after two defeats in the last three games and controversial paths with two local rivals, the Stadium and Navarro. Dani Borreguero responded to one of the profiles that the owner of Avilés was looking for in the replacement, that of a man with a long career as a player who is assumed to know how to handle the locker room.

Avilés continues to strengthen itself in this winter market with the aim of promotion and has incorporated Luca Napoleone, a Belgian midfielder with offensive characteristics who comes from the top-flight Charleroi in Belgium.
