Bertāns helps Wizards win with 18 points The news

Washington, DC, Jan. 12, LETA. Latvian basketball player Dāvis Bertāns on Monday scored 18 points in the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) regular championship game and helped the Washington “Wizards” team to win. Anžejs Pasečņiks did not play this time.

The Wizards beat Phoenix’s Dog on their court with a score of 128: 107 (29:15, 39:27, 36:36, 24:29).

Bertāns spent 24 minutes and 29 seconds on the pitch in this match, during which he realized six of the nine long shots. He sold five “threes” in the first half.
