América de Cali: Jersson González imposes internal regulations in minor divisions to the U-17 team | Soccer curiosities

América de Cali owes much of its rebirth in the minor categories to Jersson González. “Whoever fails to comply with any of the points, must pay a fine of $ 25,000 (twenty-five thousand pesos). Said money will be used to improve the dressing room (painting, cleaning, etc. ”, warns the coach in his discipline guidelines.

His motto is clear: “Before being a footballer, you have to be a person.”

* Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for training.
* Zero colored hair.
* Zero stripes on the eyebrows.
* Normal haircut. Stripes on the head prohibited.
* The use of earrings or piercings is prohibited.
* Long socks of soccer player.
* Clean uniform.
* Clean guayos.
* Pasta or fruit after workouts.
* Bring personal towel to training.
* Sell every day.
* Shin guards every day.
* The dressing rooms will be cleaned every three days by the members of the category.
