0-0. Panama and Serbia do not hurt each other and sign tables | What’s Up News

Panama, Jan 28 (EFE) .- The Serbian team handcuffed Panama on Thursday at the Rommel Fernández stadium in the capital, demanded it thoroughly in defense and took a goalless draw in a friendly match played behind closed doors.

Early, at minute two, the locals had the opportunity to open an advantage through César Yanis, but his shot went wide.

The visitors’ response came from skirmishes by Jovan Nisic and Mijan Vukadinovic.

Precisely Vukadinovic at minute 10 connected a Lukic cross, but luckily for the Panamanians, defender Francisco Palacios cleared the danger from his goal.

Two minutes later, Ismael Díaz in a personal move gets into the area, finishes off, but the shot goes off the Serbian frame guarded by Aleksandar Popovic.

In 15 minutes of play, both teams look even on the field, but without strong arrivals to open the match scoreboard.

The Serbs created danger again in the 18th minute, when Nisic and Lazard Tufegdzic met, but the play ended in a clearance by the Panamanian defense, which was key in the first half against the speedy attacks of the rival box.

The game slowed down, for more than 20 minutes and with a fairly physical game in the midfield.

The Serbs had the clearest in the 46th minute, when a ball fell to Vukadinovic’s feet, but his shot went over the frame of Panama guarded by Luis Mejía.

The second half started with a Panama trying to manage the game times and with the possession of the ball.

At minute 50, César Yanis took a strong shot, but the ball ended up in the hands of goalkeeper Popovic.

Four minutes later, Veljko Birmanecevic escaped in a quick counter on the left wing, took the center, but Nenad Lukic could not connect the ball, to the fortune of the home team.

A minute later, Birmanecevic was knocked down in the Panamanian area, but the referee did not whistle a foul, for the claim of the Serbian team.

The clearest of the Panamanians came at minute 64, when Yanis took a cross and Jiovany Ramos hit his head, but Popovic reached out to send the shot to the end line.

At 65, Roderick Miller had another opportunity to open the scoring, but Popovic was again a figure, to keep the goal at zero.

At 73, José Murillo finished from medium distance, but the ball went outside the frame of Serbia.

The closing of the game was diluted between plays in the middle sector, without creating danger, until the Panamanian referee Ameth Sánchez decreed the end of the game with a zero for zero on the board.
