The first sport to be able to resume after confinement, Belgian tennis, amateur level, is going through difficult times at the moment with a second confinement which opens the swimming pools, but now closes the clubs of the little yellow ball which had nevertheless become accustomed to a very strict protocol. Through various symbolic actions, these clubs hope to attract the attention of the authorities for an upcoming relaxation of the rules because, here too, the situation is becoming catastrophic.
On the side of the AFT center in Mons, you have to “show white paw” to be able to train, understand that only our elites are allowed to play, while the preparation for the 2021 season is in full swing. Even journalists are refused entry without an invitation card, which did not prevent us, this Monday morning, from seeing the arrival of a new pair within Belgian tennis, the one formed by Ysaline Bonaventure and Arthur De Greef who will coach the Stavelot, for his very first experience at this level, in 2021.
