Bad news for Chelsea. Winger Hakim Ziyech has another hamstring injury.
Chelsea is still maintaining a scintillating pace at Premier League. Most recently, on Sunday (6/12) in the morning WIB yesterday, Chelsea was able to beat Leeds United 3-1.
The Blues are temporarily entrenched in third place Premier League Standings with 22 points. Two points different from Tottenham Hotspur at the top.
Reporting from Mirror, Chelsea’s victory over Leeds United must be paid handsomely. Because, winger Hakim Ziyech was injured.
Ziyech pulled out in the 30th minute replaced by Christian Pulisic. The Moroccan player was seen limping when leaving the field.
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard confirmed Hakim Ziyech’s injury. The new Chelsea player has relapsed his hamstring injury.
“Ziyech has a hamstring injury,” said Lampard.
“We will know the results in a few days after checking,” he added.

Hakim Ziyech previously also suffered a hamstring injury during a trial match against Brighton before the start of the Premier League. So, his debut had to be delayed.
But once he recovered and was able to play, Ziyech immediately appeared good. Of the seven matches in the league, Ziyech has made one goal and three assists.
“Of course, it disappoints us especially in this busy period,” said Lampard.
Chelsea will continue the Champions League against Krasnodar in the middle of this week, which has not had much effect because Chelsea have already been confirmed to qualify for the last 16. This weekend, they must undergo a match at home to Everton in the Premier League.
