Roman Shirokov is fixed on his fate.

ROman Shirokov, a former Russian international, retired in 2016, was sentenced to 100 hours of community service for hitting a referee during an amateur football match in Russia in August.

A Moscow court on Friday sentenced 39-year-old Roman Shirokov, according to the Interfax news agency, for kicking the referee after being expelled for grumbling.

Roman Shirokov, who has played most of his career at Zenit St. Petersburg, apologized after the incident on social media: “I am well aware that not being awarded a penalty and then receiving a red card cannot be a reason to strike ”.
