The COVID-19 pandemic left dozens of sports leagues in uncertainty, especially the smaller ones that do not have the necessary resources to carry out their season. One of them is the G-League which, despite being part of the NBA, does not have a clear future and various plans for its resumption are still being discussed. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, NBA G-League plans season in Orlando bubble, similar to what happened with the NBA a few months ago.

The report indicates that the start of a new season could be on February 8 with the attendance of 18 affiliated teams and a schedule of 12 to 15 games. Within these 18 franchises of the G-League are not the Captains of the CDMX, a team that will be part of the league from the 2020-21 season.
