Junior de Barranquilla made official the hiring of the 23-year-old central defender or front-line midfielder Homer Enrique Martínez Yépez, who will integrate the squad of the ‘rojiblanco’ team for the third time.
Martínez Yépez had already been part of the ‘shark’ team in 2016 and in 2019, when he was champion in the first semester against Deportivo Pasto.

The footballer was on loan on loan throughout 2020 in Athletic Bucaramanga where he added 1836 minutes in 21 games.

After finalizing the contract with the ‘leopardo’ team, Homer Enrique Martínez Yépez returned to the capital of the department of Atlántico to make himself available to Barranquilla FC, the team that owns his sports rights, but after receiving the approval of Luis Amaranto Perea he was promoted to Junior.
In his two previous steps with the ‘rojiblanco’ team, Martínez only added 459 minutes in seven commitments.
