Many movements in Jazz in recent hours since the franchise has cut no less than 6 players: Yogi Ferrell, Malcolm Miller, Trevon Bluiett, Romaro Gill, Tre Scott and Jake Toolson. There is no surprise since all these players had been signed for the training camp. Ferrell and Miller had even just been signed, only to reclaim their G-League rights.
It is quite possible that a majority of these 6 players will join the Salt Lake City Stars, the Jazz affiliate G-League team.
With all these players cut, the Jazz workforce for the season is now finalized since they have 16 players including 2 two-way contracts. To note that Shaquille Harrison was signed via an Exhibit 10, but he will be part of the squad.
