Australian Open> An increasing prize-money despite the pandemic

As we get closer and closer to a confirmation of an Australian Open which will begin in mid-February with a mandatory entry into quarantine between January 15 and 16 for all players, good news has come to light the Australian sky. According to the Italian journalist Luca Fiorini, who was able to obtain several documents, the prize-money will evolve well despite the very particular health and economic context.

A player eliminated in the first round will receive 60,000 euros against 45,000 in 2019. The same goes for the total prize-money which will be 43 million euros against 37 last year.
