Left free by the Magic, the winger Wes Iwundu will rebound in Texas in Dallas. ESPN reports that he will sign a minimum 2-year contract with the Dallas Mavericks.
The 25-year-old winger, drafted in the second round in 2017, had made a place for himself in the Magic’s rotation, in particular thanks to his defensive qualities.
Last season he shot 5.8 points at 41.6% including 34.1% at 3-point, 2.5 rebounds and 1.2 assist. He has made progress behind the arc, but will have to confirm them in a Dallas team where he will secure positions from afar.
