Wales National Team Manager Ryan Giggs Police Arrested?

Shocking news came from the Wales national team. Its manager, Ryan Giggs, reportedly tripped over the assault case until he was arrested by the police.

According to reports from The Sun, Giggs reportedly stumbled on an alleged assault case. The police arrived at his house on Sunday (1/11/2020).

“Police were called at 10:05 am on Sunday to report any disturbances. A woman in her 30s suffered minor injuries, but did not require any treatment,” The Sun said, quoting a Manchester Police statement.

“A 46 year old man was arrested on suspicion of assault section 47, and general assault section 39,” he explained.

Giggs has reportedly been released. The Manchester United legend is guaranteed awaiting investigation.

Responding to this, the Football Association of Wales (FAW) made a statement. They chose not to say much.

“FAW is aware of the alleged incident involving the men’s national team manager Ryan Giggs. FAW will not provide further comment at this time,” read the FAW statement.

Giggs himself reportedly delayed announcing the Wales national team squad for three games in November. The Dragons will face the United States in test matches on November 13, and two UEFA Nations League matches against Ireland and Finland, November 16 and 19.
