The odyssey of the golfer trapped for several days in an airport waiting for a valid PCR to return to Spain

The Spanish athletes with scholarships abroad they are checking that now it’s more complicated return to Spain. It is the case of Alejandra Rodriguez Lamana, student with a golf scholarship in the United States.

Alejandra spent several days at the airport before she could fly to Spain.

“A distressing and powerless situation. We understand the health risk and the problems that exist, but we must also take into account the distances, which are very long,” explains Jaime Rodríguez, Alejandra’s father.

After several days at the airport, Alejandra was finally able to fly to Spain.

“Yes I just landed in Spain after this long adventure“, Alejandra assured upon her arrival in Spain.

Alejandra is already in Madrid and is on her way home to Santander.
