Miguel Ángel Borja took over the leadership of the league’s scorers table yesterday, scoring his 12th goal for Tolima this season.
The Cordovan partially became the fifth player with the most goals with Junior in short tournaments, only surpassed by Teófilo Gutiérrez (16 and 14), Luis Carlos Ruiz (16), Vladimir Hernández (13) and Carlos Bacca (12 and 12 ).
Borja, who also completed 14 goals in all competitions this year, accumulates six goals in the last five league games. He surpasses Jader Obrian (Águilas) – already eliminated – in the table of gunners, with 11, and Matías Mier (Equidad) and Palavecino (Cali), both with nine.
