Maybe we are, this week could be the right one and a new future could be emerging for Fabio Aru. The Sardinian rider seems to be heading towards a World Tour team (the alternative remains the Vini Zabù, even if Circus Wanty would have done more than a little thought, ed). As far as tuttobiciweb is aware, the Sardinian is about to define an agreement with the Qhubeka Assos Team, the formation in which Giacomo Nizzolo and Domenico Pozzovivo also play. The new sponsor of the South African team, Assos, a leading Swiss company in clothing for cycling, would strongly want Aru.

On the other hand, an old acquaintance of Italian cycling would be moving for an engagement in favor of Fabio, that Luca Paolini, former professional racer and ideal shoulder of Paolo Bettini both in the Quick-Step and blue jersey, who after abandoning the races, has started collaborating with the Swiss company. Among other things, the former pro is part of the Lombardy Regional Committee where he holds the role of coach for the students and one of his goals is precisely to help young riders to emerge without exasperating them in search of the result. In this case he has a new dream, which is then that of all of us, to bring back to the ancient glories a boy who certainly can’t have lost his talent suddenly.
