Slovenian Primoz Roglic (30), winner of the Tour of Spain 2019, won for the first stage of the Vuelta between Irun and Arrate on Tuesday thanks to an attack placed in the last kilometer. The Slovenian rider of the Jumbo-Visma team, second on the line of the last Tour de France, beat Richard Carapaz and Dan Martin.
