The German national team coach, Joachim Loew, said he was proud of his team’s victory after not playing together for almost a year.

However, Loew was disappointed with the results.

Because, he thought Der Panzer’s squad could win hands down thanks to the overall possession of the ball that Manuel Neuer played.

As is known, Der Panzer controlled the game since the whistle kick-off reads.

They held the ball as much as 73 percent and made 12 kicks on goal in 17 attempts.

“First of all, I’m glad we won. We should have won 3-0 or 4-0 before we conceded a penalty,” Loew was quoted as saying on the club’s official website.

“The penalty penalty is actually unnecessary,” said the German national team coach.

Joachim Loew considered that possession of the ball helped the team win.

“(But) in some phases, we often lose the ball easily.”

“The opponent was tired after the score was 2-0. Overall, we played very stable.”

“When we play with three people at the back, we need active players who tie the opponent and pass forward,” he explained.

The German national team will next meet Switzerland, who have just lost 0-1 to Spain.

Joachim Loew wouldn’t have changed his formation much if he didn’t experience anything adverse.
