Transfer News, Arsenal Try to Borrow the Chelsea Penalty Executioner Page all

LONDON, KOMPAS.com – Arsenal reportedly want to borrow the second captain and Chelsea penalty executor, Jorginho.

According to ESPN, Arsenal have turned their target to Jorginho after failing to get Olympique Lyon’s French star, Houssem Aouar.

Last week, Arsenal reportedly made a bid of 35 million euros or the equivalent of Rp 610.5 billion to get Aouar.

However, the offer was rejected by Lyon who wanted 60 million euros.

The news of Arenal’s offer has been confirmed by the President of Lyon, Jean-Michel Aulas.

The ultimatum also applies to other teams eyeing Lyon players.

Until the time limit determined by Lyon, Arsenal reportedly did not bid again.

After failing to get Aouar, Arsenal are now said to want to borrow Jorginho.

Jorginho himself until this weekend was still part of the Chelsea squad.

Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi are two players Arsenal are rumored to be releasing in the near future.

Apart from Aouar, Arsenal are also reportedly eyeing Atletico Madrid’s defensive midfielder, Thomas Partey.

If you want to get Jorginho, Arsenal must move quickly because the Premier League transfer market will be closed on Monday (5/10/2020) local time.
