Thomas Partey has big ambitions at Arsenal. He believes Arsenal have the same ambition after being able to convince Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to stay.
Partey left Atletico Madrid and joined Arsenal in the transfer market this summer. The transfer of the Ghanaian midfielder was completed in the final minutes before the closing of the market.
At Arsenal, Partey did not hesitate to set high targets. The 27-year-old is eyeing the Premier League title.
Partey admits his big ambitions are in line with Arsenal. He became even more sure that The Gunners able to fulfill that ambition after being able to defend Aubameyang.
Over the past summer, Aubameyang’s future at Arsenal was indeed a matter of speculation. The Gabong international striker has been linked with a number of big European clubs such as Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Aubameyang remained at Arsenal in the end. Arsenal’s top scorer in the Premier League last season confirmed his commitment by extending his contract at the Emirates Stadium for the next three years.
